✅ Who Can Apply?
Students are eligible if they:
• Completed Class 10 (SSC/CBSE/ICSE) in 2025 from Goa
• Scored at least 75% or 7 CGPA in 10th exams
• Students with disability: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA
• Have family annual income below ₹4 Lakhs
