Post-Matric Scholarship for SC Students 2025: Full Financial Aid for Higher Education

The Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Scheduled Caste (SC) Students 2025 is a centrally sponsored initiative by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. The objective of this scholarship is to increase the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) of SC students in higher education by removing financial barriers through direct support for post-secondary studies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a citizen of India
• Must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) community
• Must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) or equivalent
• Must be enrolled in a recognized post-matriculation course in India
Annual family income must not exceed ₹2,50,000
• Students pursuing correspondence/online courses are also eligible
All children of the same parents/guardians are eligible
• Must not be availing of any other scholarship/stipend

  3. Read and accept the guidelines and click “Continue”.

  4. Register using mobile OTP verification

  5. Enter Aadhaar and bank account details to complete registration

For Registered Applicants

  1. Log in using your Application ID and Password

  2. Click “Fresh Application”.

  3. Select Post Matric SC Scholarship Scheme

  4. Fill in the application form with academic and personal details

  5. Upload the required documents

  6. Submit and note the application reference number for tracking
