🎯 What is Naan Mudhalvan Portal?
Quick heads-up — ‘Naan Mudhalvan’ means “I’m the first” — this portal is an online platform where TN Govt connects students with skill training, UPSC mains scholarship, placement training, coaching for competitive exams and much more.
So, if you’ve already registered, the only thing left is logging in — so you can check your scholarship status, apply for coaching or download admit cards.
🔑 How To Do Naan Mudhalvan Login – Steps

✅ 1. Visit Official Website
First things first, open your mobile or laptop browser.
👉 Type: portal.naanmudhalvan.tn.gov.in
Wait for it to load — you’ll see the main homepage.

On top right side (or sometimes in main menu), you’ll see “Login” button.
Click on that.
