Kerala State Higher Education Council Scholarship 2025

The Kerala State Higher Education Council (KSHEC) Scholarship 2025 offers financial support to students enrolled in government and government-aided arts and science colleges across Kerala. The initiative, managed by the Kerala State Higher Education Council, aims to promote higher education and improve retention among students from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds.

With 1,000 scholarships available for the 2025 academic year, eligible students can apply online from 15 February 2025 to 15 March 2025.

Scholarship Amount

For Postgraduate Students:

• 2nd Year: ₹60,000

Students with 40% or more disability are eligible for an additional 25% of the scholarship amount.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

• Must be an Indian citizen and a resident of Kerala.

Academic Requirements:

• Must be admitted to first-year UG or PG courses in:

  • Government or government-aided arts and science colleges

  • IHRD Applied Science Colleges or University Study Centers

• Self-financed or professional courses are not eligible.

Minimum Marks (Plus Two/Equivalent):

• Not receiving any other scholarship/stipend (except fee concessions or Hindi/SC/ST lump-sum grants).

• Must maintain good academic standing to continue the scholarship in subsequent years.

5. Upload all required documents.

6. Submit the form and save a copy for reference.
