Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a domicile of Haryana

• Must be a topper (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) in the annual university examination

• Must be enrolled in a regular course (UG or PG) from a government college

• Admission through open universities or correspondence is not eligible

• Students from all social backgrounds are eligible (no income limit)

• Separate merit lists are prepared for:

  • Boys (General)

  • Girls (General)

  • SC Boys and Girls

• 10th and 12th Mark Sheets

• Last Exam Passed Certificate

Selection Process

• Based on university examination merit

• In case of a tie, main subject marks will be used
