Eligibility Criteria

• Students must be enrolled in a general course at a Government College in Haryana
• Must be among the top 3 position holders (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) in their stream’s university exam
• Students from non-government colleges, correspondence courses, or open universities are NOT eligible
• Separate merit lists are prepared for:

  • Boys (General Category)

  • Girls (General Category)

  • Scheduled Caste (SC) Students (combined list for boys and girls)

Note: SC students qualifying under the general list will be rewarded in the general category, and additional awards will be given for SC merit holders.


Application Process

Registration on Centralized Scholarship Portal

  1. Visit harchhatravratti.highereduhry.ac.in

  2. Click on “Student > Student Registration”

  3. Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Family ID and click Search

  4. Select your name from the family list, generate and verify OTP

  5. Complete the registration form with pre-filled and verified data

  6. Select your college and department, set your password, and register

Submit Application

  1. Click on User Login and log in with your credentials

  2. Fill out the online application form for the incentive scheme

  3. Upload mandatory documents and verify the details

  4. Submit the application and receive a confirmation message
