• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam
• The parent must be a registered construction worker with A.B.O.C.W.W.B
• The membership with the Board must be active
• The student must be enrolled in Class 1 or higher, up to postgraduate or professional studies
Not applicable to children whose parent is not registered under the Board
