The Gopabandhu Sikhya Sahayata Yojana (GSSY) is a financial assistance scheme initiated by the Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible under the Gopabandhu Sikhya Sahayata Yojana, the student must meet the following criteria:

    • Destitute / Living on alms
