Eligibility Criteria
• Parent must be a registered worker in Beedi, Cine, IOMC, or LSDM sectors with at least 6 months of service (including contract/home-based workers).
• The student must be studying in a recognized Government or Government-aided institution in India.
• Applicant must have passed the last qualifying exam on the first attempt or be promoted to the next class.

Exclusions
The scholarship may be cancelled or denied in the following situations:
• False declaration or document forgery
• Discontinuation of education or irregular attendance
• Change of institution or subject without approval
• Misconduct or poor academic performance
• Family ceases to be associated with eligible labour sectors
• Already holding a scholarship/stipend from another source
• Pursuing duplicate education levels (e.g., B.Com after B.Sc.)
• Students continuing in a second professional line (e.g., LLB after B.Ed.)
• Students in correspondence courses
