Students staying as paying guests or in rented accommodation in towns/cities different from their parents’ residence qualify as hostellers and are eligible for hosteller rates. - What happens to the scholarship if I change my college in the middle of an academic year?
Migration between institutions is generally not allowed during the academic year except under exceptional circumstances where it benefits the student’s academic career, subject to authority approval. - If my family income is just above ₹2,00,000 but I have excellent academic performance, can I still apply?
