Eligibility Criteria
For the Worker
• Must be a regular employee
• Employed for minimum 6 months in an eligible industrial establishment
• Employer must fall under the Goa, Daman & Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986
• Job must involve skilled/unskilled/manual/clerical work (excluding management/supervisory roles)
• Monthly salary (incl. allowances, excl. bonus) should not exceed ₹20,000
For the Child
• Must be studying in a recognized institution in India
• Must have passed the previous annual exam with at least 45% marks
• Must be enrolled in general/technical/medical/agriculture courses
Preference and Reservation
• 10% reservation in each group for:

Note: Scholarships are allowed for:
• Research-level courses like Ph.D., M.Phil. after PG

• Cases of misconduct, irregularity, or false declaration
